I’ve been using the free theory test provided by Joy over at Color In My Piano.  It’s great for end of year assessment, or for review where a student has been out for a while. One of the things I especially like is how she breaks it down into levels, so you can use the levels which are appropriate for that student, OR, say if you are using for a transfer student, and need to assess where they are, you can give them the whole thing and see how far they can get.
